Cancellation Policy
Attendees must reach out within 24 hours of their reservation if changes need to be made. Please note same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Additional Information: • All bookings require a credit card to be kept on file to track reservation details. • All reservations will require a Cleaning/Damage deposit at the time of booking and will vary by reservation. • All deposits to be refunded to the card holder within 7-10 business days. • All guests required to utilize provided coasters for beverages. • All outside snacks (fresh whole foods, prepared items, or packaged foods only) must be pre-approved by management prior to entering the office space. • Catering or personal meals are welcome in the lounge.
